CELL C WOULD NEVER EVER TAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS SERIOUS, NEVER!

Another year another problems with cell c. Out of nowhere they stop my services and they negatively list me with the credit bureau at the time when i need to sort out my finances. i have been paying cell c R219 non stop towards my contract, the last payment done on the 30 January 2026, then boooom, cell c closes my services and somaar list me with the credit bureaus. For what???? i call their table and im told the fees increased wef December , and the R219 i paid on the 30 January is still not reflecting. Then they decided to list me with credit bureaus. this time i am not going to talk much, i have paid my dues on the 30 January 2026, and today after a call with your rep i learnt that the difference that i must pay is R39, which you decided to list me for without ever informing me that the fees have increased. I have paid your R39, so please open my line. Was it difficult to take a phone and call to inform me that i am lagging behind with R39, as oppossed to tarnishing my credit standing with the credit bureaus? I gues i would never know since this happens every year more or less the same time. Please de-list me from your credit bureau as i have paid you in full. Come May when this contract expires i am never renewing this, i might as well port your sim card. You have treated me bad year in year out
