Cell C worst upgrade service ever

My sister upgraded her cell c contract two weeks ago and today when she called they advised the order was cancelled and they were transferring her to an upgrade agent. She has been trying to get hold of Caleb O'reilly that did the deal with her but he is not answering his direct line either. she needs answers and needs her upgrade sorted out asap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you are useless Cell C.
