Cell C worst service provider in the universe

<p>I had a contract sold to me over the phone for data. The sales person told me it would be limited to a gig (with a manual top up option) I have the recording in my possesion as proof. Needless to say he **** and I got billed 4k for data. I refuse to pay, breach of contract. It has been 3 years and Cell C have messed up my credit record no matter who I talk to or what I do I get as far as "its with our Legal dept" which has no number or contact just telephonic ping pong through call centers of undqualified people that are of no help and no use. I lost the purchase of a house because of you and I am furious beyond reason. I work in the advertising space, I am considering a billboard to get their attention. Hear this warning: "This is my final attempt to engage with you Cell C, fail to assist me and I will be placing a billboard ad at a busy intersection in JHB I promise you".</p>
