CELL C WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER

Cell C is supposed to be one of the leading cellular service providers in SA, but their service is absolutely disgusting to say the least. It has now been over a week since my phone was ****** and I am still struggling to get an ITC number out of Cell C in order to take to the Police to get a case number for the insurance. After countless calls to the Cell C call center and even going in to one of their shops I am still no closer to getting the ITC number. Each time a different consultant answers and then it is one excuse after the other. Then you get re-directed to the store who again re-directs you to the call centre. This is absolutely pathetic!! It is impossible to take this long to to get the ITC number??? None of their consultants have a clue as to what is going on or what they need to do! I have experienced bad service before, but nothing comes close to Cell C! WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!
