Cell C ,worst service provider ever.

i changed bank accounts two months ago. supp**** them with my new bank details at least 1 week prior to debit date for changes to happen...wasnt debt on my pay date spoke to consultant who told me not to worry said that they will just double debt this month.....was surprised when i was disconnected a week ago spoke to another consultant who told me that she can see the notes on the system but its up to client to make sure payments are made.....25th came and went still not debited i contacted cell c once again and they told methat they would try debt again 27th may which they did....successfully this time so i contacted them to have the services reconnected they told me that i had to wait a futher 3 days just to be sure that funds reflect...i feel this is apsolute **** services as i could have made the payment in cash a long time ago but this that they insist on their ****y debt system and i had money in my account all along .....CELL C needs to invest in training as they clearly dont know what they doing
