Cell C Worst service provider by Far

I must say cell c is the worst service provider by far my phone recently got ****** and i reported the matter to cell c the call center provider said they cannot provide an ITC number over the weekend so i must call back on Monday i called back today (Monday) and they said i passed the security verification but the Sim is not Rica,d on my name i personally went with my I.D and profof of residence to a cell c store and reca'd the sim i even have the Sim card package with me i cannot claim from my insurance because of cell c they are pathetic
