Cell C -worst service provider

I have been trying to cancel my contract with cell c since May. I called the call centre in March to cancel and they advised that I have to serve a 30 day notice period so the last payment will be in June.

Cell c debited mine in June and I called twice to confirm that it had been cancelled. The agent I got through to told me that there is no record of a cancellation and I would have to serve another 30 day notice. They then debited me July aswell. When I called today I got the same story.

It is really unacceptable that clear instructions cannot be followed by staff of such a big company. I do not want to do business with cell c. Call center agents are eager to call to make sales but cannot follow a clear instruction of a customer. It is really pathetic service and to top it off I keep having to check in with them to ensure that they do their jobs!
