Cell C - worst service ever - trying to stop debid order

After numerous attempts to try resolve this small issue, I feel that their incompetence is now driving my up the wall.

I have a debid order for a cell c contract that expired years ago, a number that wasn’t used for 3years now. Although the debid order goes off my account, I am NOT THE CONTRACT HOLDER. I am trying to stop the debid order because they wont allow me to cancel the contract. I have tried to explain that they cannot take my money for a contract thats not in my name. Their only response is that the contract holder needs to cancel the contract, but neither myself nor cell c can get hold of the contract holder. Back to square one....each time.
