CELL C WORST SERVICE EVER!

Cell C and the customer care is the WORRRST!!!! Contract ended in November last year but they are still billing me!! been trying to sort it out even went into the cell c store twice but they keep referring back to the call center which is of NO HELP!! they blocked my contract line due to funds outstanding however THIS HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL!!! They sent me a sms saying my line will be active within the next 24 hrs, its been more than a week and STILL the line is blocked and I received an email stating i owe more MONEY.

CELL C is really a JOKE at this point! you cannot get hold of any one who is able to assist and they NEVER call you back as promised! Going into the cell c store is just a waste of time and petrol as they do not help either!!!!!!

PLEASE SORT THIS MATTER OUT URGENTLY!!!
