Cell C - worst service ever

This is now my third review of Cell C, and still no luck! I am actually considering opening a ******** case against them, as I just don't know what to do anymore. I booked my phone in for repairs on the 5 December 2021, and still haven't received it back yet. what was suppose to take up to 21 working days is now taking 4 months. I am still paying for this phone, and it's insurance every single month. I even paid the excess on the insurance claim months ago all ready. After my previous compliant someone contacted me and said that I can collect a new phone at the cell c store in Tyger valley , now the cell c store in won't assist me on this. I am beyond frustrated. By the way, my phone only have a cracked screen!
