Cell c worst service ever

I would like to lodge a complaint I have a contract with cell c and in the contract it states that cell c should debit on the 1st of every month but up until this day they have not debited and now all the months they did not debit the amount accumulated and they did not even let me know not even 1 phone call or a message I only saw it when I checked my credit score when I went in to cell c they told me my account is not with them it has been moved to legal and then I contacted legal and legal advised me that cell c took it back and then I went to cell c again to no help they are all clueless they have been giving me the run around it's frustrating because they are wasting my time my petrol and this thing is making my credit score bad I've sent them a mail and they did not get back to me yet and ontop it all it's not even my fault because I have it written in black and white that they are going to debit and there is always money in my account and yet they can't give me an answer to how this situation can be resolved ....very pised off with them right now the worst service I have ever had a bunch of clueless people working for them
