Cell c worst service ever

Horrible and worst service or help from a service provider.

Throughout the lockdown i kept asking for help to cancel the debit order so that i can make eft payments. They could not help me. I called on numerous times wanting to change my contract from and open line to top up. Everytime i call i am given different reference numbers and they say they arw escalating the query. I have to keep calling month after month and all they do is apologise still no help from July. All i feel like doing is just not paying them maybe then a customer will get called back.
