Cell c worst service ever

CELL C is giving me the worst service from a service provider. they doubled debited my account yet again!!!! when i phone they say there is nothing they can do for me even though it is their mistake. after one of their customer service agents said i not need to worry as they wont double debit again as she has sorted it!!!! this was not done and they did the same thing. they seem to not care about their customers that pay their accounts!!!!! i am very unhappy with how they respond to my inquiry. i asked to be phone back by a manager and nothing, i had to phone them multiple times just to get some sort of response.

I am not happy with this, and i am getting tired of the service from them!!!!!!!!
