CELL C WORST SERVICE EVER

Firstly i have needed to do a sim swop and I am struggling with Cell C to do it a month later. U also sent my phone in for repairs about a month ago and then when i called them today i was told u need to pay first as the warranty expired. No sms or telephone call received from Cell C at all "Appalling Service " when askig to speak to a SENIOR they are not available. Before taking my freaking phone ur agents should have mentioned the warranty and an informed decision could have been made this SUCKS!!! Now i need to wait about another month to get my phone back. RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S WORST!!!! They should think of their customers and not their pockets!!! Still waiting on a senior to contact me but to no avail. When my contract is done i will think twice about upgrading after This Type of Service
