Cell c worst service ever

<p>I took out 2 data contracts with cell c. My contract amount is R99 per contract. The first debit was in April of which they deducted R11400. A case was opened but nothing was communicated to me. In May another debit of R15200 was taken from my account. Again no communication. Now I'm asking for something in writing explaining what happened because it's affecting my credit scores but seems like no one can help me. I have asked Tiisetso the Westgate branch manager and there is still no response from him. The service is bad, no communication and ********** billing. May I please get a letter to clear my credit record please.</p>
