Cell C - Worst service

7 Days later since I was told I would get a call back from Cell C after my review on the 24th of February 2021. I am still waiting for that call and my paid letter. Called Cell C 5 times today no assistance at all instead my call is placed on hold and then gets hung up. Eventually I got hold of someone who told me that the legal department is working from home and doesn't know when my case will be resolved. Called again because apparently my line was bad and she couldn't hear a word I was saying. Called again to be told my letter isn't ready wow I am defeated and shocked been waiting for a paid up letter for 2 months now. Your service is extremely poor you do not care at all about your customers!
