CELL C - WORST SERVICE

<p>I upgraded my top up package on the 9 September 2016, after being called numerous times from cell c upgrades department. I received the new phone on the 10 September 2016 but it was an out of box failure as it did not turn on. I contacted cell c and they said they would collect it.</p> <p>Since Friday I have contacted the call centre to find out why the couriers have not collected, I get pushed around to different departments because noboby wants to deal with the problem and eventually I cannot hold on anymore as the call is costing me a fortune. I am disgusted with the service I have received and I am shocked at the service or should I say non service of the call centre. </p>
