Cell C - worst service

I have been trying to change my debit order for 2 months. They first said I can't put it in a 3rd party name although the debit order has been in the name of a 3rd party for over 10 years. I then tried to change the contract in to my name which I could only do at a store. I went to Rosebank Cell C on 23 April with all the documents and the account holder. They assured me it would be done in 3 days. It is now 2 weeks later and I have been trying for a week to get hold of Rosebank Cell C and can not get through. Terrible service all around.
