Cell c worst provider ever stay away

I tried canceling my contract but they keep saying i failed my security questions when imfact i answered it all correctly I honestly think they are just saying that in order to not cancel Worst off all you cannot cancel instore you have to call which for me is ridiculous so how should you prove your identity if it cannot be done instore We are in 2024 this is really ridiculous
