Cell C worst provider

Cell C is by far the worst provider. I tried to open up a contract in Sep, they couldn't activate my SIM card, or port my number as their systems were down. I then cancelled the contract within the same week, to later find out that no one processed it. My debit orders have been coming out from my account for 4 months. I must have called in over 50 times, and tossed around between the departments, being on hold for way too long, and yet no one being able to help me. Even though I asked for supervisors to contact me, still nothing. My second reference number is now closed, and no one has confirmed my refund thats due to me. Their entire call centre is completely broken, IVRs that dont even route you to the correct departments, with every single individual completely ***********.
