Cell C worst provider

I have been debit with a penalty fee for 1 month then I pay then 1 month is fine and then I get debited with another penalty fee. I was advised in writing that the R70 for April was final payment yet this morning I was deducted twice again. So meaning that even if I pay the R70 I will be charged yet again R140 for this next month and again and again. Each time i am being told that the account is up to date and every month i struggle for days to get this sorted and i get debited in the meantime. There is no funds in my account. I am unemployed and each time you debit my account it charges a fee of R150 which cell c has consted me a total of R1000.00.
