Cell c worst network service provider

I have a contract with Cell C since 2020 January and now it has come to an end, I sent them emails requesting cancelation they reply on emails stating that the consultant will call you in 2 days its been 2 weeks now no call none whatsoever. I went to their store to ask for assistance I was told to call them in stores they don't do cancelations. I have been on the phone for the past hour I am being sent pillar to post no one is willing to assist they keep transferring me until the call drops.
