Cell c worst network providers ever with their dumb security checks

We had an incident were we wer ****** off all our stuff. I called cell c to block our numbers and that was fine. 1 week later i managed to get us phones and did a sim swap. It was successfull. I den called da call centre coz it still wasnt working. Now dey tell me tthe sim swap was successful but my card is not activated. They did a security check and i failed. Like how do i remember stuff that happend last week and exacts dates n stuff today. How do i remember numbers i called. This so so sad because of der stupid checks now we have to suffer coz all off our accounts its linked to those numbers . Its sad bcoz dey will b loosing many clients because of the stupid security test ppl are already tramatized and when cell c cannot help ppl its even worse. Im so sick and tired of this dumb **** because anythn can happen at anytym no one is prepared for stuff like dat. I think they want us to write every msg call recharge dat we do so wen we are victims of crime we can make der lives easy. This is ridiculous. Im using cell c for so many years and this always happens.
