Cell C - worst network provider EVER! DONT USE CELL C!!!!

I have had numerous contracts with Cell C over the last 6+ years. I recently renewed my contract and was happy to continue with Cell C based on the fact that I was happy with them. I was however not told at that Cell C was migrating all their contract customers to Vodacom. Since the migration has started I have experienced a number of network issues. Cell C just says that we will cancel your contract if you pay the commitment fee, which is 19 months of the contract instalment. They cannot provide me with consistent network coverage but want to charge me for it. Cell C entered into this contract in bad faith and now expects their costumers to just accept it. How is this fair to the customer??? "you have a contract with us so you have to pay" ok fine, I am happy to pay, which can be seen if you look at my history - I have never missed a single payment but in return I expect a CONSISTENT network coverage... Still, the answer - "if you want out we can cancel your contract but you will have to pay R25 000.00.. I understand I received a device with my contract but the fact of the matter is that I would not have renewed the contract had I known the issues I'd be facing with Cell C - this device is now being used as a way for Cell C to bully their customers.
