CELL C Worst network ***********
Getting billed for usage when I still have data available. Then it takes 40min + on the phone to sort it out and guess what no one is capable of doing that at Cell c. 1 star is to much we need a 0 star.

02 Sept 2020, 16:00There are 2 ways a customer can opt in to a subscription services1. By replying to an SMS notification2. Accepting the service on a wap page whilst surfing the internet For both options above the customer will be presented with the details of the service via SMS.

02 Sept 2020, 16:08The subscription services were accessed while browsing a wap page using a phone. The message to accept the subscription was displayed on the phone and the SMS confirming the activation was sent to the router SIM card number as an SMS.
