Cell C worst Mobile Network and a nightmare

I missed 4 payments with my cell c contract. I told them I have fallen on hard times. In July 23rd I managed to settle the account to the full amount. Now I was handed over for an amount of R4000. Initially contacted the collection agency and gave them my pop and said they will deal with cell c as I paid them. I called cell c so many times wrote emails and have gazillions of reference numbers still no solution. My contract was even cancelled without my knowledge. My left over airtime and data will not be compensated. On credit bureaus still says I owe an amount I cannot account for. Till now no explanations. NO Solution. By me refusing to be pay double the amount is resulting to this……
