Cell C worst ISP EVER!
I have been trying for the past 2 months to have my forced Cell C fibre line cancelled. I have already moved premises and confirmed on multiple occasions with cell c that I will no longer be utilizing their service. The most useless agent ever (Thapelo Mopailo) is refusing to assist me and escalate the matter to his supervisor. He is ignoring my emails and will not get back to me. I am asking them constantly why I am being charged for the month of October even though I am no longer living in the complex.
