Cell C. Worst fibre to the home that I have ever had.
After numerous discussions with Cell C, they still downgraded the wrong line. This is still after they rectified the problem. Guess they just can’t get it right.

03 Dec 2024, 19:21After all of this, they now downgraded both of my fibre lines and invoiced and deducted my account with the wrong amount. Seriously what will it take to get this sorted. Cell C told me 24hrs now more than 24hrs they stated it has been escalated. No action taken….. only my money.
THIS IS DEFINITELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER.
I need to relook the industry to get a trustworthy provider.
