Cell C - worst experience of my life.
Worst experience of my life.
Upgraded 13 June 2023. Received my upgrade today 13 Desember 2023, after I canceled my upgrade 6 days ago.
I even have the sms to say that it is confirmed that the upgrade has been canceled.
This company should be shut down before it goes bankrupt and loses all of its customers due to poor customer service.
