Cell C Worst Ever Network
<p>After debiting my account for over a year for a contract that was meant to have ended last year March i find my account still debited after numerous calls to Cell C, I requested a copy of my contract to be sent as I was told i have to give notice for teh contract to end.</p> <p> </p> <p>As far as im Concerned if a contract is 2 years you cant debit me for 3 yeards.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ill be posting this wherever I can. </p>

Please note you need to send a cancellation request in order to cancel your contract but if you do not send one your contract will be on a month to month contract.
For immediate assistance you can call 084 143 option 2 or go to your nearest Cell C store. However we will get one of our team members to assist you.

29 Mar 2017, 14:58It seems That my Cries are falling on deaf ears as still my account is debited after I expliclty requested the ****ing contarct to be cancelled.
Matter will be taken up with the small claims court and escalted to the NCA in johanneburg next week tired of cellC excuses
