Cell C- worst ever

I have been struggling with Cell C for a year now. i moved houses in March 2020 and i cancelled my fibre account and paid the cancellation fee, they did not cancel and continued billing me for two more months. When i would not pay for the two months they handed me to their lawyers, the lawyers can never get hold of them and a year later i have quit and just paid the money they want as it is affecting my credit rating. A month after the payment the lawyers tell me they are having issues transferring payments to Cell C because of Cell C finance dept issue . My clearance over their incompetence has still not started and this is now a year of strugglling with them I would never recommend Cell C to anyone.
