CELL C WORST EVER

After I posted on hellopeter last month and after having no response to my many emails and text messages requesting settings, I finally got an sms from them on 16 November telling me that they would resolve my query. But as usual they managed to yet again fail to keep their promise. On 19 November I got an email from one Mpho Ndlovu who requested the make and model of my phone - I emailed this information to her and, and taking their abysmal lack of interest and appalling previous track record to even lower depths have still not received a response or heard anything whatsoever from these *****s masquerading as people who claim to have the customer's best interests at heart.<br> <br> And for the record, I am still being innundated every single day with promotional messages from Cell C who are too dense to realise that I CANNOT ACCEPT ANY OF THESE OFFERS DUE TO THEIR VERY OWN INCOMPETENCE. So, after 8 years with this total lack of professionalism I have finally decied to switch networks as no other telecommunication company on the planet could ever be as bad as Cell C. <br> <br>
