Cell C - worst customer service in SA

After dealing with multiple issues with Cell C over the years including them opening up a 2nd contract for me instead of upgrading me and then continuing to bill me for 2 contracts for months on end, I cancelled my contract on 24 November. Only to be informed today that there is no record of me canceling me contract! I have never experienced such repeated shocking service. The only way to get a response from Cell C is through hello Peter. This is ridiculous
