Cell C - worst customer service I have ever experienced
Cell C do not care about their customers. Their service and customer care is pathetic. They never do what they say they will do, and they never follow through on their commitments to revert to their customers.
Further, during the lockdown period it has been impossible to get through to speak to a consultant, or even online assistance.
Pathetic disgusting service!!
Never again will I sign up with Cell C!!
