Cell C Worst Customer Service ever

This is the cellphone provide with the worst customer services. I have upgraded my contract on the 15th of June but have not received my handset. You never get feedback from Cell C and when you do phone them they transfer you from one person to the next becuase they cannot assist. On Friday 23 July I cancelled the hand set I selected because it has been out of stock since 15 June 2021. It took the call center agent 15 minutes to complete yet another set of questions and procedures. Once that was completed I received sms communication to confirm that all has been approved and changed but yet today 28 July 2021 when I phoned to follow up on the delivery of the handset Cell C had no record of the handset change that was processed on Friday.
