CELL C WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PATHETIC PROCESSES

I upgraded my contract and then requested a number change. I was told it will be processed and they will give me feedback. Its been over 3 days with no feedback and have been calling the pathetic cumbersome customer care line, you get transferred multiple times with the same repetition of the same security questions. I after calling multiple times told I can't do a number change, I need to visit a cell c shop and there is none around me in Bloemfontein. All the shops have closed down. After calling again I m told I can go to any shop and get a new SIM card which can be used for the number change. Very disconnected service and pathetic customer care. Absolute nonsense of a company
