Cell C Worst Customer Service

Have been a loyal customer for over 8 years at Cell C and every time when I have issues with them I PROMISE myself that I will NOT be upgrading/renew my contract with them but this is the last straw.

I have contacted Cell C more than 24 hours ago regarding my Samsung Note20 phone that cannot call out or receive any calls. It just keeps saying NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK. The consultant who assisted me over Facebook Messenger said they would contact me on an alternative number after 18h00 yesterday but still no assistance.

Today I ask again when I will be assisted and they reply with "we will be assisting with 24-48 hours"

How is this even possible Cell C? I work from home and need my phone for incoming and outgoing calls - so this is a matter of urgency. I cannot wait another additional 24-48 hours for assistance?

Can anyone assist? Or do I need to migrate to another service provider?
