Customer since November 1999 (2 voice call contracts and 1 data contract)

They always received their payments on time.

They understand my problem. Really, what is my problem. You can’t use your data. No, my child is studying through open learning on an internet platform and need to do assignments and test.

The problem was resolved. When? They referred the complaint to technical department.

Since the 1 August I was unable to use data. Not to worry sir your unused data is transferred to next month. Really!!! I need the data this month.
