Cell C Worst Customer care in South Africa - Even Telkom is better and that is saying alot

The worst Company ever.

my account is up to date for the last 3 years and there was one incident in May 2015 which has listed me for bad payer for R370. i have been trying for 5 days in a row to get hold of the legal department which doesn't answer the phone and the customer care is just as useless and all they can do is provide you with a number that doesn't work.

This is the last contract I will ever have with this terrible Company.
