Cell C worst Credit control Service

i have been going back and forth with CellC credit control, i must their client care is very non existence. I went to the store (Cresta) so many times trying to renew my contract or at least try to refund me what i overpaid, every time i make some enquires is always the same thing, the store have sent numerous emails since last year even today my account is not updated.
