CELL C WORST COMPANY TO EVER DEAL WITH

Cell C is the worst company that i have ever had to deal with. After being a faithful and loyal client for over 10 years. Cell phone order delivered with the incorrect product in March 2024. After multiple queries Cell C uplifted the unused unopened device with a promise to deliver the correct device. Only to find that a second incorrect device was delivered with a new contract created without authorisation. Cell C then deducts R2000 from my bank account and after 48 calls and 32 emails Cell C has not refunded the amount and neither has any manager from Cell C ever contacted me despite all my calls and emails.
