Cell c worst company ever!

Dear Cell c

Once again I have to write a review here to get your attention! Your service is really appalling to say the least. I wrote here about three weeks ago regarding my contract that your dear employees have messed up. You terminated my contract after you failed to debit my account on one of my contracts. I have been your loyal customer for more than 10 years and have about 5 contracts with you that I have been paying for years without fail. You messed up my contracts, my credit record, now you are the same company telling me you can't help me "because of my credit score" which you cell C has messed up. To make matters worse, no one can help me in this same company! I want get an upgrade but I can't because of you!

I am very angry highly annoyed and frustrated and you don't even seem to care. The way you treat your customers is really sad!

It is so frustrating to deal with you cell c as a Company! To this day I'm still waiting for your call. I've called more than 20 times all your departments and NO ONE seem to know what they doing! Dealing with you has been the most horrible experience of my life. You can't even give me settlement letters so I can leave in peace. The way you treat your customers is a disgraceful!
