Cell C worst company and network

<p>I had just taken a contract with cellc at the beginning of this year and now my sim tells me emergency calls only. Visited the Cellc branch at the Phoenix Plaza whom a lady asked if she could help. I explained her the situation and she in turn had been rude with the way she spoke and handled my problem. She advised me that I now need to pay 100 for a brand new sim which by the way I could pick up for one rand... What bull **** is this that prior to me paying my mothly bill. I now need to pay R100 for something that isn't my fault? The manager at the branch is useless and so is his staff. </p>
