Cell C: Worst Cellphone Network, Pathetic Service

I made payment on my account at the beginning of September. My service was still cut off. I had to visit the branch to make sure the payment was allocated to my account.

Cell C is the only network provider who does not accept any credit cards as payment for a monthly contract so payments have not being going through.

I requested that my month-to-month account be switched from a contract to a prepaid number.

I spoke to at least 4 call center agents on this matter. I was continuously transferred from billing to retentions and vice versa. I also had to visit a Cell C branch – again! This still has not been done.

My cellphone service was cut off again yesterday. I now need to go into a branch once again. For the 3rd time!

In addition to horrible service, why does Cell C not accept credit cards as payment? To top it all, the network coverage has been pathetic.

Cell C will waste your time, money, and cause you frustration. Please stay away and use one of the other service providers!
