cell c worst cellphone company ever!!!!!!!

<p>Cell c is the worst net work ever,for the duration of 3 years being with them I can honestly say that there customer service is appaulling ,had numerous problems with reception and where cut off while speaking to business clients and suppliers,and then only to phone back,costing me money to do so.</p> <p>On another occation my line was suspended due to to the fact that they send me statement by mail,just to let me know that I have to download an application to open up the statement,the application didn't work,so my account was in an arrears,after suspended my line and after payment given to me by one of cell c customer care consultant,I had to drive to the next town 50km away,leaving work,to stand in line at a Netbank to pay R8.50 in order to open my line so that I can perform work calls as usual. </p> <p>Before doing this I was told by cell c wonderful customer care consultant that there supe visor said No! to my request to assist me to put my line back on so that I can make payment of R8.50.</p> <p>This made me a monster,I was furious.</p> <p>Well I was again surprised by the cell c team.</p> <p>After paying my so call ghost bill that I can't open of R1000 my line was again suspended due to the fact that I reached my call limit.</p> <p>I recieved a message to let me know that I reached my limit and that I should call140 to raise my call limmit,this I done,just to discover that I can't make any out going calls.</p> <p>I had to phone inagain to speak to oneof there unhelpfull opperators.</p> <p>I was told that I put an cap on my line of thumb suck amount of R1343... I ask when the date was when I did this and the lady couldn't assist me with my request.</p> <p>After being on the line with the 3rd unhelpfull person that I still wait to phone me back to help me,I even asked for a cancellation amount that again couldn't give me a total amount to end my frastration from an terrible company like cell c.</p> <p>I will newer,but newer if they are the only network on this planet use them.</p> <p>They bully people into joining there pitty party of so called helping you with lower cellphone deals,but when it comes to helping you with a problem they really bring out the worst in people.</p> <p>I really hope by writing this that more people will come to there sences to not supporting this company .</p> <p>If you want to have a long good life before you,spare yourself the frastration.</p> <p>Thank you</p> <p> </p>
