Cell C worst cellphone business

I requested a cancellation with Cell C in February 2017. I was told to pay two settlement fee's which consisted of R471.50 and +- R700. I paid the settlement fees and received a email a week later telling me that the contracts was successfully cancelled. End of Feb no Debit order, All Good. End of March i received a Debit order notification for R471.50 and +- R700. I contacted Cell C and they told me im dreaming. I reversed order at bank. A week later they debited another R471.50 and i phoned again. Still they could not tell me why and told me i must speak to legal. I was then transferred from pillar to post. I reversed debit order and finally got a hold of Mr Naidoo at ********** He asked me to sent him proof and i sent him all the info. A week later a lady contacted me and said she found the issue and are requesting the fixing of it and will call me Friday. Today is the second day of a new week, no one phoned. And yet you F*cks took yet another debit order of R471.50. What sh*tty caliber people do you appoint that cannot solve one little issue. Must i really come to your f*ckin office and do your job for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
