Cell C - worse place to have a contract

Cell C is the worse place to have a contract with - had my contracted which was 40 gigs data for 299.99 that ended in June 2020. called on the 5th of July to cancel and give 1 month notice....so for the month of July my data was 20 gigs which they debited me 325.00 ,come August they load 20 gigs of data and then take it away on the 6th August but i am still liable for the full amount of 325.00.

this is ridiculous as i did give my 30 day notice and they have debited me according.

They have given a case no. but cannot get hold of anyone that can assist!!! got transferred to several different people , eventually cut the call .
