Cell C? Worse of the worst.

The worst Network EVER!!!!! Without my permission, my contract was automatically renewed without my consent. I contact them and tell them that I have never give the go-ahead to renew the contract. The agent said that I can cancel the contract after the debit order went off. At that time and moment, I was still happy with the network provider and I thought that instead of cancel the contract, I rather want to change it to a Data contract. For three weeks I am struggling now just to get the change done. Every time it is the same thing, they are working on it, they just need a credit score update. I really regret the change that I have made 5 years ago to go from Vodacom to Cell C. Consumers please, stay away from Cell C!!!!! You are going to regret it.
