CELL C Worse Nightmare

I took out a contract with cell c in 2015 September which was 24 month contract for cell phone number ********** 923 and also ********** 748, this was worse nightmare that I had with cell c, because at the end of my contract I called in August 2017 requesting for contract to end September this wasn't done many calls received introducing new products to me which I refused to take and only advised these agents to cancel the contract, to-date this hasn't been done I am having to go to bank every month to reverse charges on a contract I've done paid up till September 2017 and even made payment in October, I have escalated this to many people at Cell c that was absolutely useless, this company might just close their doors as this is a very bad experience and would rate their services pathetically low for what I've been through they promised to call me so many times and still I haven't received this call to resolve this issue Led to a bad credit record and I am very frustrated and irate and would like to speak to cell c senior managers as all these amounts should be waived as I paid for 24 months on these contracts.

In line with the terms and conditions of the subscriber agreement, you are required to provide a calendar month notice in order to have your contract cancelled on its maturity date.

If this agreement is not cancelled during the contract period or on expiry of the contract period and is not renewed, then this agreement will run for
the contract period and then on a month-to-month basis until the agreement is cancelled.
