Cell C Woodmead poor services
I signed a contract at Cell C Woodmead , and the camera quality was faulty and not clear. I took the phone back on the 3rd day after signing (18th Oct 2002) . The gentlemen who assisted me (Jabu) with his manager said it would be given back to me latest within 21 days. Its now beyond 21 days and I am entering into the second month of paying for a phone that I did not use. Only after I called in to check Jabu tells me the phone is still sitting with him and not sent for repairs.. What kind of service is it ? Why am I paying for a phone I am not even using that is sitting at Cell C Woodmead for more than 21 days with no one even checking it ?

NJabulo from Cell C Woodmead told me that the phone left for repairs last week. Upon calling the repair centre they told me that there is no phone logged and it ever left the store for repairs. So the phone is still sitting there. I called the store the manager tells me I have to can cel the contract, because it won't be fixed. The lies and the back and forth that they are taking me through is disgusting! I have been told numerous times by Njabulo, that the phone went for repairs only to find out that the manger is also aware that the phone is still sitting with them and now they forcing me to cancel it .. As it is clearly not going to be fixed. What kind of service is this Cell C ? Why is no one calling this store to account for such services ?
